Mallory Van Dover is Co-Founder and CEO of Data Driven Partners LLC, a venture she launched in March of 2020. While Mallory currently excels in the realm of data-driven solutions, her professional journey initially unfolded in a different arena – philanthropy.

For over 14 years, Mallory dedicated her efforts to front-line fundraising for various non-profit organizations in Arkansas. She culminated this career path as Vice President of the CARTI Foundation, having previously held esteemed positions such as Executive Director of Philanthropy at Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation and Development Director at Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families.

Prior to her involvement in the philanthropic sector, Mallory honed her expertise in designing base pay and sales compensation plans for Alltel and Systematics.

Raised in Marianna, Arkansas, Mallory proudly embraces her Delta roots. She pursued her education at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, earning a BS in Human Resource Management. Mallory has actively contributed to the Arkansas Charitable Gift Planners Association as a past officer and served as a board member for both the Hillcrest Residents Association and Just Communities of Arkansas. Additionally, she participated in Leadership Greater Little Rock's class 24.

Residing in Little Rock with her husband, Brian Cato, Mallory takes immense joy in her role as a parent to four grown children and two adorable grandchildren. Apart from her endeavors in the fintech startup sphere, Mallory cherishes quality time with her family and friends. She particularly enjoys playing tennis, hiking, skiing, and cooking.
